Who we are

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number.

  • Payment information: handled through our payment provider; we don't store full card details ourselves.

  • Booking and travel details: things like emergency contact info and travel documents needed to run the trip.

  • Health and dietary information: medical conditions, allergies, fitness level, dietary needs. We only collect this with your explicit consent, and only to keep you safe and comfortable on the trip.

  • Photos and videos taken during Retreats, as covered in our booking Terms.

  • To manage your booking and deliver the Retreat.

  • To keep you safe during activities (this is why health and dietary info matters).

  • To process payments.

  • To send you information about future Retreats and F45 community events, if you haven't opted out.

Some Retreats take place in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Spain. Where personal data is shared with suppliers located in the EEA, this is done on the basis that the UK has determined the EEA provides an adequate level of data protection, in accordance with UK data protection law.

‍We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Health and dietary data is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the Retreat and is deleted thereafter. Where you withdraw consent to marketing communications, we will cease processing your data for that purpose.
