Come and spend five nights in a private luxury villa, perched just outside Palma overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.

Over five days, we'll explore mountains, hidden coves and dip in the sea, get some proper workouts in (including one at our F45 studio in Palma), enjoy long sunny lunches cooked by our private chef, and soak up everything that makes this island so special.

Back at the villa, there's space to slow down too. Think mobility sessions led by Adam, time by the pool, massages, mountain views for days and little moments where you can properly switch off before settling in for an evening of incredible food, good chats, laughs and a glass or two of sangria!

No two days will look exactly the same, but every one is built around the same idea: moving your body, eating really well, exploring somewhere beautiful and doing it all alongside a lovely group of people.

Ever since our Cape Town retreats, we've been thinking about bringing everyone together on a euro trip.

Over the years, we've loved bringing our community together, whether that's in the studio, out for socials, or celebrating together and a trip away always felt like the natural next step.

If you know us, you'll know we're all about balance. We love working out, but we also love exploring, hiking, great food, a Spanish beer, long dinners, a good party, and making the most of where we are. Active Sol is all of those things, shared with a great group of people.
